BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Dream Destinations Ltd is bonded through the Travel Trust Association with membership number U462X and act as retail agents to ATOL holders. As such your booking will be bounded by the Tour Operators Terms & Conditions.
Dream Destinations Ltd does not make any charges for deposits or final balances when paid by Debit Cards. Deposits and final balances paid by Credit Cards are subject to a 2% handling fee. Payments made by cheque require 7 working days for clearance.
Reservations may be made by telephone, post, e-mail or in person, at the time of booking you will be advised on the amount of deposit that is required plus any applicable insurance premium and credit card charges or full payment will be required if less that 12 weeks prior to travel. Once your reservation has been confirmed you will be sent a payment & ATOL receipt and your confirmation invoice will be issued within 7-10 days after your reservation has been confirmed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is compulsory that all passengers hold fully comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. We recommend that you hold a comprehensive policy to protect you not only against, loss or injury whilst on holiday but against unforeseen cancellation prior to travel. Dream Destinations Ltd is able to provide you with a competitive quotation for travel insurance. If you already hold travel insurance we will require the name of your insurance company along with your policy number. We also advise that wedding insurance is taken out for any overseas weddings, and varying policies cover a wide range of eventualities.
PASSPORTS, VISA AND HEALTH CERTIFICATES
Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport (with minimum 6 months validity from the date of return) and necessary visa(s) and health certificates. In case of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or other Authority all repatriation costs are to be borne by the passenger.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you find it necessary to change your booking or if you need to cancel your booking, details will be required in writing from the lead passenger before any change or cancellation can take place, you will be advised of any charges applicable that will be charged by the ATOL Company.
It is important at the time of booking you check to make sure that the names, initials and titles match those in the corresponding passports otherwise the passengers concerned may not be permitted to travel and any applicable insurance will not be effective. Any errors concerning your booking must be notified to Dream Destinations Ltd within 7 working days of the despatch of your confirmation. No responsibility will be accepted for costs arising from none notification of booking errors within this time limit.
PRICES AND SURCHARGES
Upon an initial quotation being provided the price is not confirmed until time of booking prices can increase or decrease on a daily basis. Once your booking has been confirmed the price will be fixed and will not be subject to any additional charges. The exception to this is an increase in costs arising as a result of any government action including increase on taxes.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints arising from your holiday should be notified to your resort representative in the first instance, If the matter can not be resolved locally then a full report must be obtained from your resort representative and upon your return home a complaint letter must be written within 10 working days which Dream Destinations Ltd will the send on to your Tour Operator on your behalf for investigation.

When you browse the site, we will not collect personal information about you. The only way we will obtain any personal information is if:

This helps us to better manage and develop our website and to provide you with better products and services tailored to your individual interests and needs. We may use this information to measure the entry and exit points of visitors to the Site and respective numbers of visitors to various pages and sections of the Site and details of searches performed.. We may disclose information of this nature in aggregate form to third parties, personal information on individual visitors will not be passed on to any third party.
